Currently, we are providing the following means of payment system for wholesale customers.

- Cash Deposit in our bank account

As soon as we confirm payment, we will dispatch your product within 3 business days or as early as possible. All wholesale orders will be dispatched through a courier/transport service and depending on the courier/transport service available in your area you may sometimes need to collect the parcel from the transport office/warehouse in your city.
If any statutory forms for transportation are required, then the customer has to provide the same on request.
You may track the shipping status of your order and tracking number on our website by logging into your account.
We deliver within India only. However, you can place orders from outside India but the delivery address should be within India.
Cashback on Shipping Charges: To reduce the burden of shipping charges on customers, we are offering a Cashback on Shipping Charges which will be credited to your account as Store Credit for your next purchases.
Warranty
All products sold on www.ShaanStationery.com are warranted against manufacturing defects.
Cancellation
You can cancel the order before the order status changes to "Processing". You just need to log in and use the contact us form and request to cancel the order by mentioning your Order ID. We will process your request and you will receive confirmation of the same through your registered email ID. Please take care before placing an order.
Returns
Please read our Return Policy
However, we take the utmost care whether the item is perfect in all respect before dispatching. But still, if you receive items with manufacturing defects or damages in the shipping, fill return form logging into your account and also send an email to [email protected] with details (order reference no., type of defects, etc.) within 48 hours of delivery.
We accept returns on the following conditions only.
Conditions for return:
- Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within a maximum of 48 hours of delivery.
- Products/Items should be UNUSED.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage to goods in transit.
If you find that the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package. And contact [email protected] with details immediately.
Replacement:
As soon as we receive returned items replacements will be shipped immediately if the stock is available.
Refund:
If we find the product cannot be replaced then we will add the eligible amount to your store credit, which can be used for future purchases.
Instructions for return:
If you are returning the whole pack (order) then log-in to your account and use the “Contact Us” form and request for the return with the details (Order ID, type of defects, etc.)
If you are returning a single item and not the whole pack then log-in to your account and click on “Order History". Click on the button and you will see your order information. You can see that each product in the list has a button on the right side of it, click on it and it will redirect you to the Product Return Form. Fill out the form and submit it.
We will contact you through email to detail what to do next.
Note: Return is only applicable if the request is made within 48 hours of delivery.
eGift-Voucher
Shaan Enterprises offers one of the popular systems of gifting i.e. eGift-Voucher. You can now buy eGift-Vouchers ranging from Rs. 100/- to Rs. 5000/- and gift it to your loved ones on various occasions. Once you fill out our form and process the payment we will send the eGift –Voucher code to your desired email destination immediately. Please confirm your payment by sending an email to [email protected]. eGift-Voucher holders will then be able to purchase anything on our website using this code.
eGift Voucher Terms and conditions:
- The Shaan Enterprises eGift Voucher can only be redeemed on the www.shaanstationery.com website only.
- eGift Vouchers cannot be used to purchase other eGift Vouchers.
- You can combine and redeem eGift Vouchers.
- If the order value exceeds the eGift Voucher amount, the balance must be paid.
- If the order value is less than the amount of eGift Voucher, the outstanding balance (after deduction of order value) will reflect under the same eGift Voucher.
- eGift Vouchers and unused portions of eGift Vouchers expire after 6 months from the date of issue.
- eGift Vouchers cannot be redeemed for Cash or Credit but are transferable.
- Shaan Enterprises is not responsible if an eGift Voucher is lost, stolen or used without permission.
Instruction to purchase eGift Voucher:
Click on the “Gift Voucher” link in the footer under the “Extras” column.Fill out the form and click “Continue”, it will be added to your shopping cart.
Checkout the shopping cart. After verifying your payment eGift Voucher will be sent to the recipient. And the status is updated in your account.
Instruction for using eGift Voucher:
After adding products to the shopping cart it shows the option “Use Gift Voucher”. Add the code received in your mail to the field and your cart is discounted.Reward Points
