Compare checklist with available stationery
Everyday compare the list with physical stock and note down all that in shortage. As soon as you find some shortage place the order. This will reduce your risk of going out of stock.
Prepare procurement policy
A procurement policy will help you in getting things done; here it is purchasing the stationery. Write down all the necessary steps to make purchases.
